RELAY2 TECHNOLOGIES, INC. / 2026-10-06-draft
Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Relay² is provided by Relay2 Technologies, Inc. Contact support@relay2.app for support, privacy, deletion, abuse reports, or legal inquiries. These draft terms cover our account services, link-management tools, and related features.
2. Account eligibility
Creator account holders must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where they reside. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Eligibility must be checked during account onboarding.
3. Visitors are not account holders
Opening a public Relay link does not create an account, enroll you in a subscription, accept our account Terms, or consent to optional tracking. No date of birth is required merely to follow a link. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie and Link Tracking Notice describe processing associated with visitors.
4. Links and destinations
Relay routes shortened links to destinations configured by link owners. Owners may change destinations or enable routing options. Public short links are not confidential or access controls, even when a creator profile is private. We may block unsafe or abusive links or show a safety notice. Third-party destinations control their own services and policies.
5. Affiliate relationships
Creators are responsible for affiliate-program rules and clear disclosures of paid relationships. Relay does not establish merchant agreements or guarantee clicks, conversions, commissions, or payment. Entering a referral rate records your stated terms; it does not verify a payable commission. Unless expressly authorized through a described feature, Relay does not replace your affiliate identifier with its own.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Relay for phishing, malware, fraud, deceptive redirects, infringement, harassment, cookie stuffing, forced affiliate clicks, artificial conversions, or bypassing privacy choices. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information in URLs or campaign parameters.
7. Your content and social accounts
You retain rights in submitted content and grant Relay permission to host, process, format, and display it as needed to provide the features you request. You must have permission to submit it. Connecting a social account authorizes only the approved access. Private-by-default profiles and separate brand-discovery permission are the agreed launch requirements; they must be implemented before activation.
8. Reporting limitations
Traffic and value reports can be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or affected by bots, browser controls, merchant rules, and consent choices. Estimated value is not confirmed revenue. Merchant or affiliate-network records may differ.
9. Subscriptions
Prices, billing intervals, automatic renewal, cancellation, promotions, and refund terms must be disclosed before purchase. Cancel through the billing channel used to subscribe. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Failed payments may restrict paid features. The final policy must specify treatment of excess links on downgrade before subscription launch.
10. Changes, suspension, and deletion
We may restrict access for abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations, with notice where reasonable and legally permitted. You may request account deletion at support@relay2.app. Deactivated links may stop working. Necessary information may be retained as described in the final Privacy Policy.
11. Service and legal review
Relay cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the safety and continued availability of third-party destinations. Mandatory consumer protections are not waived. Governing law, venue, warranty language, liability provisions, and a business mailing address remain pending legal review; this draft is not an effective agreement.
